The mūlatrikoṇa band is Venus at root-strength: clear, effective, at home in Libra as in an office it holds. So the degree of your Venus within Libra matters more than most pages admit — a checkable fact of your chart.
Venus's nature, and where direction helps it
Classically Venus is a natural benefic (śukra, the preceptor of refinement) — read for the ease, taste, and agreement it brings, with over-indulgence as its one classical caution. And one layer no Libra page can settle: dig bala (BPHS Ch. 27) gives Venus full directional strength in the 4th house — the nadir, the northern angle — so the same Venus-in-Libra reads differently by the house it lands in, a fact of birth time, not of Libra.
