What to include
So we can help on the first reply, please tell us:
- The email address on your Esha account.
- Your platform — iPhone (App Store), Android (Google Play), or the web app at app.askesha.com.
- The app version, if you know it (Settings → About).
- A clear description of what happened, what you expected, and any error message. A screenshot helps a lot.
When you'll hear back
We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Verifiable privacy or data-rights requests are acknowledged within 7 days and completed within the timelines required by law (typically within 30 days).
Common requests
- Billing, refunds, or cancellations — subscriptions are billed via Razorpay on the web app; manage or cancel yours in the app under Profile → Subscription. Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellation Policy: one-time reports (Complete Life Reading, Compatibility Report) get a full refund within 7 days if the report is unopened, and approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Delete your account — you can do it yourself at askesha.com/delete-account or in the app under Settings → Delete account.
- Export your data — use the in-app data-export control, or email us.
- Privacy or data-rights questions — email privacy@askesha.com, our Grievance Officer / Data Protection contact under DPDP 2023 §10.
